The VCU West Grace Street Living Learning Community project consists of a 5-story, mixed-use facility totaling approximately 146,500 square feet, which incorporates 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments. The selection of building materials included smooth and louvered metal panels, cast stone, store-front glass and reflected an updated sense of permanence and durability. A variety of Kawneer windows were utilized and the building received a LEED Silver® certification.
